Social Disruption

A human rights plan for our country would have to begin with dismantling the national security apparatus. Secret government, secret budgets and secret agendas -- since Truman signed it into law in 1948 -- have destroyed all vestiges of democracy in the US. Politicians, no matter how noble, are not likely to take this on without significant social disruption of the status quo.
